Account Administrator II
Description
This role is for an Account Administrator II at IGT, a global leader in gaming entertainment. The position involves processing inquiries, managing quotes and orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Account Administrator II will work closely with technical and sales teams to facilitate efficient order processing and maintain accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Processing of and responding to inquiries for machine- worksheets or spare parts, quotes and orders.
- Creation of production orders accordingly, whilst ensuring correct and timely processing in conformance with the required configuration and specifications
- Monitor and coordinate the progress of quotes and orders whilst ensuring agreed delivery times are met within the agreed terms and conditions
- Correct and timely configuration and parts requirement processing for approved orders
- Closely liaise with the Technical and Sales staff for configuration of machine orders in order to establish an efficient and correct machine order processing control
- Maintaining and reporting of machine inventory and status in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of order management, production, 2-4 years experience international / multinational company
- Verbal and written fluency in both Hungarian and English are required
- In depth knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools and MS Office
- Reading and interpreting regulatory and technical documentation
