Recruiter
We are seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting operations and hiring activities across assigned business functions. This role will manage recruiting coordination and full-cycle hiring activities for entry-level and professional positions while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Success will be measured through timely hiring support, operational accuracy, candidate engagement, and recruiting process effectiveness.
- Regularly manage full-cycle recruiting activities for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce priorities, and position requirements.
- Review job descriptions and candidate qualifications to identify appropriate talent.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, databases, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, hiring discussions, and recruiting logistics.
- Maintain candidate pipeline activity, candidate status updates, and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding activities and offer administration for new hires.
- Participate in networking groups, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, recruiting procedures, and employment regulations.
- Perform additional recruiting coordination and administrative activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–5 years of recruiting, staffing, coordination, or HR support experience.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience utilizing sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
