Senior Director, HR Information Systems
IGT is seeking a Senior Director, HRIS to lead the strategy, governance, and transformation of global HR technology solutions across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide HR systems optimisation, post-merger technology consolidation, and scalable digital solutions that enable an efficient, data-driven People & Culture (P&C) function.
The Senior Director, HRIS partners closely with P&C, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to define and execute the HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational scalability, data governance, and employee experience objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for HR systems, including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, and self-service capabilities, while leading a global HRIS organisation responsible for execution, support, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and lead the enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with business and People strategy
- Establish and maintain global HRIS governance standards including system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data governance
- Drive enterprise-wide HR systems standardisation and simplification initiatives
- Partner with IT and enterprise architecture teams to align HR technology solutions with enterprise strategy
- Govern prioritisation of HR technology initiatives, enhancements, and investments
- Lead post-merger HR systems consolidation and transformation initiatives
- Drive continuous optimisation of SuccessFactors and related HR technologies
- Lead process redesign and workflow optimisation initiatives
- Identify and implement automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate
- Enhance employee and manager experience through scalable HR technology solutions
- Oversee integrations across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Payroll, Benefits, and analytics platforms
- Ensure enterprise-wide data integrity, governance, and audit readiness
- Enable reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Lead governance for HRIS projects, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements
- Establish strong project management and change governance practices
- Lead and develop a global HRIS organisation including managers, analysts, and project resources
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR technology opportunities and risks
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HR systems leadership roles
- Deep expertise in SuccessFactors including Employee Central and additional modules
- Experience leading large-scale HR technology transformations and post-merger integrations
- Strong experience developing HR technology strategies and governance models
- Experience leading global or multi-country HR technology environments
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, data governance, and analytics
- Experience with workflow automation, digital transformation, and self-service enablement
- Strong portfolio, program, and project governance experience
- Experience leading global, layered HRIS organisations and cross-functional teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
