Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic recruiting initiatives and deliver top talent across key business functions during a dynamic period of organizational growth and transformation. This role will independently manage complex recruiting activities while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to support workforce planning, talent pipelining, and recruiting excellence. Success will be measured through quality hiring outcomes, stakeholder partnership, recruiting efficiency, and talent market engagement.
- Develop and administer staffing, employment, and recruiting programs across assigned business functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs, workforce priorities, and recruiting strategies.
- Provide consultative input regarding labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, diversity initiatives, and hard-to-fill skill sets.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
- Build and leverage recruiting networks, sourcing channels, social media, and talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, evaluation, and hiring recommendations.
- Lead offer discussions and support compensation negotiations in partnership with HR and business leadership.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, networking events, and talent engagement activities.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, candidate pipeline activity, and recruiting process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring practices, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Liberal Arts/Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for technical or specialized positions.
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Strong understanding of labor markets, employment regulations, and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to influence hiring leaders and provide consultative recruiting guidance.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, and recruitment reporting tools.
