Talent Acquisition Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting efforts across the APAC region while managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders, responsible for delivering hiring outcomes, driving recruiting excellence, and supporting workforce planning across multiple countries and business functions. The role balances people leadership, strategic partnership, operational execution, and hands-on recruiting support for critical and business-impacting positions. Success will be measured through hiring results, stakeholder satisfaction, team performance, recruiting effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, driving performance, accountability, capability building, and career development.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce priorities, hiring plans, and talent acquisition strategies across the APAC region.
  • Own and deliver against regional hiring goals across multiple countries, business functions, and talent segments.
  • Establish recruiting priorities, allocate team resources, and manage recruiting capacity to support evolving business demands.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor regarding labor market trends, talent availability, workforce planning, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
  • Manage and support full-cycle recruitment activities for critical, complex, technical, leadership, and business-impacting positions as needed.
  • Drive sourcing strategies utilizing talent pipelines, networking, referrals, social media, market mapping, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Lead intake meetings, hiring discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate engagement strategies for key hiring initiatives.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, hiring progress, recruiter productivity, and operational performance.
  • Promote consistent recruiting processes and high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, networking events, and talent community development efforts.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR, and business leaders to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company hiring policies, governance standards, and organizational procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Liberal Arts/Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8–12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
  • Prior experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring leaders and provide consultative talent acquisition guidance.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce planning, talent pipelining, labor market dynamics, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, recruitment analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on recruiting execution.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
