Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting activities and support hiring initiatives across assigned business functions. This role will independently manage recruitment processes while partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, deliver qualified candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Success will be measured through recruiting effectiveness, candidate quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
- Review job descriptions and role requirements to identify and attract qualified talent.
- Develop sourcing strategies using networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen, evaluate, interview, and engage qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate intake meetings, interview coordination, and hiring discussions with hiring teams.
- Maintain recruiting reports, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, networking events, schools, and recruiting forums to expand talent pipelines.
- Mentor or provide guidance to recruiting coordinators or less experienced recruiters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, recruiting procedures, and employment regulations.
- Drive offer processes and maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business functions.
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities utilizing social media, internet recruiting, and direct sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.
