Senior People Partner - Tech

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People Team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation during a period of growth and transformation. This is a strategic and highly collaborative role partnering closely with senior tech and business leaders. If you are passionate about change management, organisational design, and building strong, high-performing teams, this could be the ideal next step in your People career.

As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior tech and cross-functional leaders, influencing key people decisions and driving organisational effectiveness. You will lead and support change initiatives, evolve team structures, and help leaders build environments where people can do their best work.

You will work both strategically and operationally: shaping long-term people strategies while also ensuring excellent execution of core People processes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior tech and business leaders as a trusted advisor across all aspects of people leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership on organisational design, capability building, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen leadership behaviours, support team development, and drive accountability.
  • Lead and influence organisational change initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned, informed, and engaged throughout transitions.
  • Develop change plans and communication strategies that support adoption, clarity, and long-term impact.
  • Drive org design discussions to ensure structures, roles, and processes support scalability, agility, and future growth.
  • Partner with leaders to identify skills, capabilities, and team dynamics needed for success.
  • Manage a complex stakeholder landscape with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business and within the People team to ensure alignment and consistent delivery.
  • Lead key People cycles including performance calibration, promotions, succession, and compensation reviews.
  • Ensure fairness, robustness, and alignment with organisational values and business goals.
  • Analyse engagement insights and partner with leaders to implement meaningful, data-driven action plans.
  • Strengthen feedback culture, collaboration, inclusion, and team belonging.
  • Navigate and advise on employee relations topics with strong expertise in Swedish employment law.
  • Ensure People practices are compliant, consistent, and in alignment with local regulations.
  • Experience with other European jurisdictions is a strong plus.
  • Work closely with the wider People team to evolve our tools, processes, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to building a modern, scalable, and user-centric People function.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior People Partner, ideally supporting tech or engineering leaders.
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives and driving organisational design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust at senior levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Swedish employment law; additional country experience is a bonus.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
