Architecture Platform

We are looking for an Architecture Platform to join our Operations & Technology Department. This role will play a key part in designing, governing, and evolving software architectures, helping to define guidelines, standards, and scalable solutions to support company growth and innovation.
- Define and lead the evolution of software architectures and end-to-end application solutions.
- Establish standards, best practices, and guidelines for software development, ensuring consistency and technical quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, database, cloud, security) to ensure solution robustness.
- Support and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
- Evaluate innovative technologies (cloud, microservices, AI integration, data streaming) and propose their adoption.
- Design distributed, secure, resilient, and easily maintainable architectures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements specific to the regulated industry.
- Document architectural decisions, promoting clarity and transparency in processes.
- Act as a technical reference point for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into concrete solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 7–8 years of software development experience and 3–5 years in architectural roles.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, Angular, Flutter, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with microservices architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, and complex enterprise systems.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with event streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, RisingWave).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, combining strategic vision with a pragmatic approach.
- Good command of English.
