Retail Betting Contractual Obligations Specialist

Description

We are looking, for one of the Group companies, for a Retail Betting Contractual Obligations profile who will join the Legal Department. The role involves supporting the Manager in specific activities and projects handled by the Department from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting contracts, addenda, and private agreements
  • Preparing contract termination notices, formal notices, disputes, etc.
  • Responding to communications sent by PV, PVR, agents, and ADM
  • Monitoring and managing certified email inboxes (PEC)
  • Updating the Legal Suite management system and document archiving
  • Reporting activities, periodic monitoring, and progress update meetings with business units
  • Supporting the Manager in specific activities and projects handled by the Department from time to time
Requirements
  • Degree in Law
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, especially advanced use of Excel and Word
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Proactivity and results orientation
  • Precision and ability to manage workload effectively
