Voice of Customers Trainee
We are looking for a Voice of Customers Trainee to join the Digital & Betting Department. This role will be involved in the analysis and planning of surveys related to business needs. The company is the Lottomatica Group, a leader in regulated gaming in Italy and one of the largest European operators.
- Define recurring surveys to delve into customer behavior and share-of-wallet distribution.
- Manage generic or vertical research projects on specific needs.
- Define recurring automated mail surveys at different points in the lifecycle.
- Plan surveys based on business and/or product needs.
- Define NPS.
- Valuate external systems integration for onsite satisfaction collection (i.e., NPS).
- Monitor results.
- Share results with stakeholders and plan ad hoc activities based on results.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in statistics, economics, anthropology disciplines.
- Passion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
- Aptitude for problem solving and propensity for teamwork.
- Excellent mastery of MS Office suite (advanced use of MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular required).
- Experience in market research, results, and customer listening.
- Background in communication and customer relations.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Proactivity, accuracy, punctuality and adherence to internal procedures.
- Knowledge and/or use of specific survey delivery tools (a plus).
