Director, People & Culture Program and Governance
As the Director of P&C Strategy & Governance, you are the architect of our global People transformation and the engine room of our strategic execution. Reporting to the VP, HRBP, you will lead a high-performing PMO team to bridge the gap between ambitious vision and measurable business impact. In this role, you will own the executive governance framework and act as a critical partner to the Chief of Staff and Business Transformation offices. We offer a dynamic, multi-country landscape where you can build from scratch, evolve existing frameworks, and directly shape the future operating model of People & Culture globally.
