We are seeking a dynamic Global Leadership Recruiter to support our leadership hiring initiatives at Super. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Global Director of TA, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify, attract and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in leadership level hiring will be crucial in shaping our leadership team and driving the growth and success of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-caliber leadership/executive talent.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of internal talent pipelines and external talent ecosystems to identify future leadership pipelines, map critical skill availability and inform proactive long-term talent strategies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership/executive hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of hiring efforts and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Has a proven track record in direct talent search, particularly in leadership & executive level roles across various domains, including technology, product, commercial and corporate.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
  • Is strategic-minded, capable of aligning hiring strategies with business goals and organisational values.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions within the organisation.
  • Is passionate about building diverse leadership teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
