Payroll Analyst

Description

As a new team and business in Brazil, we are creating a new position as part of our HR team in Brazil. You will have the opportunity to be able to be part of the legal entity set up, benefit selection and ensuring we are compliant with local legislation. You will work as part of our wider International HR Operations team and will be the first point of contact for payroll, benefits and HR queries for our employees in Brazil. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to continue to improve processes, looking for ways to create a better-than-expected people experience and a desire to use Technology to bring self-service and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of the payroll for our employees
  • Managing relationship with our payroll providers
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Providing regular reporting to finance
  • Responsible for data accuracy within our payroll system
  • First point of contact for all payroll related queries
  • Contract administration for HQ employees
  • Managing data within our group system SuccessFactors
  • Enrolment to company benefits
  • First point of contact for employee queries
  • Supporting managers with employee related questions
  • Acting as expert on local knowledge for wider HR team and Managers
  • Control and support Timesheet
  • Partnering with wider Brazil HR team to ensure excellent communication
  • Building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Partnering with wider HR team on key projects supporting our objectives
  • Create and control all the PO’s from HR working cross with Treasury
  • Be a backup of Monthly report Payroll costs: Budget x Forecast x Actual
  • Responsible to update HR page in Notion
Requirements
  • Experience managing payroll processing from start to finish
  • Able to work on HR Operations daily, solving several topics in parallel
  • Established understanding of Brazilian people related law
  • Experience with benefits and timesheet control (by system and manual)
  • Contract administration experience
  • Working as part of a matrix organisation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solving
  • Payroll and operations experience
  • Understanding of employee relations and the legal approach
  • Process improvement
  • Experience with SuccessFactors beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal English
