Senior Project Manager, People & Culture

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of P&C projects (strategy, design, execution, adoption).
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture and other functions to define scope, objectives, and success measures.
  • Oversee project management methodology for the People Team, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and business relevance.
  • Work closely with the People Tech & Data team to select, implement, and embed a project management tool that supports cross-team collaboration.
  • Apply agile planning approaches and adapt delivery to the realities of a fast-paced, scaling business.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks with proactive mitigation.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates for Exec-level and senior leadership forums.
  • Mentor and coach junior project team members and analysts.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years’ experience in project/program management, with proven delivery in People-related projects (e.g., HR transformation, rewards, culture, operating model) or other global functional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including agile and hybrid approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee project management frameworks and tools at function level.
  • Proven experience working with senior/Exec stakeholders in complex global organisations.
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • PMP/Prince2 or Agile certification preferred.
