International Payroll Associate
Administrate full scope of payroll and benefits administration for the entire lifecycle of all exempt and nonexempt employees, including tax rate changes, life events, leave administration, benefit enrollment, garnishments, deductions, and investigate and resolve pay issues and end user testing for payroll system changes to ensure a seamless payroll process with minimal gaps and data errors.
- Support payroll processing for Canada (60%), US (30%) and Brazil (10%) including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, deductions, etc, accurately into payroll systems
- Ensure data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and HRIS + payroll system
- Work closely with managers of nonexempt employees to ensure time cards are accurate and free from error
- Perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in administrating Canada and US payroll
- Prior experience setting up internal processes to ensure payroll and benefits are accurately delivered and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Experience in project management to improve operational efficiency for payroll and benefits
- Meticulous attention to details and positive team player
- ADP and WorkDay experiences preferred
