The Safer Gambling Analyst (Swedish Speaking) role is responsible for player and business safeguarding within the iGaming industry. Key responsibilities include analysing risk reports, contacting at-risk players via phone or email, and providing support for safer gambling practices. The role also involves monitoring underage gambling and self-excluded players, escalating complex cases, and recommending improvements to operational processes. This position requires native or near-native Swedish and fluent English language skills, along with a keen interest in addiction psychology and regulatory knowledge.
