Enterprise Partnership Lead
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic team. The role of the Enterprise Partnerships Lead is to enhance and grow the presence of Mindway AI with a core focus on generating new business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, personable and driven by results.
- Inputting intelligence into our tracking of industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify key focus areas or untapped geographic regions
- Developing a systematic "top-of-funnel" approach to identify high-value prospects in line with the commercial strategy
- Evaluating potential partnerships
- Identifying key decision-makers, influencers and other stakeholders within target organisations, initiating contact and driving the entire sales process to signed agreement
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a robust pipeline
- Managing relationships over long sales cycles (often 6–12 months) before a handoff to Customer Success.
- Promote and represent Mindway AI with high integrity and professionalism
- Structuring your sales pitch to meet the specific "pain points" of each prospect
- Carrying out solution demo’s and inputting into the creation of pitch decks, business cases and other supporting materials to move the deal forward in the sales process
- Managing the contract negotiations and pricing discussions to ensure a positive outcome for both parties towards closing the deal by signing a contract with the new customer
- Relaying customer needs and market gaps back to the Solutions team to influence the roadmap
- Working with the marketing team to refine lead-gen campaigns and sales collateral
- Ensuring a seamless transition of new clients to the Customer Success team
- Accurate and disciplined updating of the CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven B2B sales experience with a solid track record in exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry, preferably from a solutions provider
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and empathetic skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Understanding of and experience of working within the gambling industry preferred
