Lead Trader & Community Builder, Prediction Markets
We’re looking for a Lead Trader & Community Builder, Prediction Markets to help us grow and shape @PredictionLabs, our prediction-market-focused media and community platform. This is a unique hybrid role combining: prediction market trading, social media & content creation, community building, Discord operations, and trend analysis & audience engagement. You will work closely with internal content, social, and community teams while becoming one of the public-facing voices behind the brand. This role is ideal for someone deeply involved in the prediction market ecosystem who understands platforms like Polymarket, Kalshi, Manifold, PredictIt, or adjacent spaces such as sports betting, trading communities, financial media, or creator-led communities.
- Analyze and discuss prediction markets, sports betting, and event-based trading opportunities
- Create engaging content and commentary for X (Twitter) and Discord communities
- Help manage and grow the PredictionLabs Discord community
- Interact daily with community members and maintain engagement
- Create social media content, market commentary, threads, visuals, and educational content
- Collaborate with internal teams on community growth and audience acquisition strategies
- Support Discord operations including moderation, onboarding, alerts, bots, and automations
- Research market trends, news, and events to generate engaging prediction-market content
- Help build a recognizable and trusted public voice for the brand
- Contribute ideas for content formats, creator collaborations, podcasts, streams, and community initiatives
- Strong understanding of prediction markets, sports betting, trading, or adjacent ecosystems
- Experience managing or actively participating in communities on Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, etc.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Comfortable being public-facing on social media and engaging with online communities
- Experience creating content for social platforms
