Product Manager

Description

Action Network is a leading sports betting media and technology company helping millions of bettors make smarter decisions. Through expert analysis, real-time odds, proprietary tools, and bet tracking, we power a more informed sports betting experience. We operate at the intersection of media, data, and fintech-style consumer tools; delivering content, live scores, odds comparison, and personalized insights across web and mobile. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build the operating system for sports bettors.

Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate product vision aligned with company strategy
  • Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes
  • Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap informed by data and user research
  • Write clear PRDs and user stories
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality features
  • Lead sprint planning and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure timely and iterative delivery
  • Own KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV)
  • Design and analyze A/B tests
  • Use behavioral data to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with analytics and data science to develop new insight layers
  • Deeply understand sports bettors — casual and advanced
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing
  • Translate bettor workflows into product improvements
Requirements
  • 2–6+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with consumer web or mobile products
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
  • Experience shipping data-driven features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, or prediction marketplace products
  • Strongly Preferred: Understanding of odds, betting markets, and bettor psychology
  • Strongly Preferred: Subscription or affiliate monetization experience
