Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Middle Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent!

Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the provision of various benefits, including Health Insurance (DMS), reimbursement for sports and education expenses, and overtime payments.
  • Organizing and coordinating the company’s vehicle fleet, including control over vehicle usage, booking, and managing write-offs.
  • Consulting employees on school and educational program choices, as well as assisting in organizing reimbursement for employees' children’s education expenses.
  • Managing the mobile phone program for employees, including setting conditions and controlling expenses.
  • Collaborating with various partners to ensure timely provision of all entitled benefits.
  • Ensuring transparent communication on benefits and compensation matters.
  • Supporting employees with benefit-related questions, providing consultations, and resolving ongoing issues.
  • Preparing regular reports on provided compensations and benefits.
  • Reconciling payments and ensuring timely payment organization.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of benefits and suggesting optimization ideas for programs.
Requirements
  • Understanding of life on Spain.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or with part of it (cars or other benefits) in Spain.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for numbers and attention to detail.
  • Spanish language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Multitasking.
  • Experience in working with suppliers and contractors in the compensation and benefits field is a plus.
