Description

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Business Partner to join our growing international HR team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of payroll accuracy, drive compensation frameworks, and enhance KPI systems that keep our teams motivated and rewarded. This position can be based in any of our offices — Lisbon, Valencia, Limassol, or Warsaw.

Responsibilities
  • Own and oversee payroll data accuracy, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and one-off payments.
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals and market benchmarks.
  • Administer and continuously improve KPI and bonus systems , ensuring transparency and accuracy in performance-based rewards.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll compliance, accuracy, and consistency across regions.
  • Prepare regular C&B analytics, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline C&B processes and implement best practices across all locations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of labor and tax legislation across multiple European markets.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and strong analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Workday).
  • English (B2+) proficiency required; Russian language is a strong plus.
