Corporate Planning Manager
BrainRocket is seeking a structured and organized Corporate Planning Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of the company's OKR-based planning process. This role is part of the Strategy & Planning Department, which supports over 4,000 people in navigating quarterly planning, goal setting, execution tracking, and results submission. The ideal candidate will be a mature, self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a tech-savvy approach, with a keen interest in UI/UX and solution architecture.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management.
- Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company.
- Identify and address process gaps; automate where possible.
- Act as the point of contact for OKR-related queries and tool support.
- Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles.
- Support teams in setting aligned, measurable goals and ensure timely submission.
- Facilitate planning meetings & alignment sessions.
- Maintain planning tools, templates, and knowledge bases.
- Monitor progress and ensure regular reporting and result validation.
- Ensure consistent communication & transparency around planning processes.
- Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies.
- Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs.
- Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems.
- Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools.
- Maintain tool documentation.
- Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking.
- Enable executive reporting and alignment views.
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work.
- Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance.
- Automate data collection and result aggregation.
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or related fields - preferably within the software development, technology, or data-related industries.
- Strong practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other planning/tracking platforms.
- JIRA Administration
- Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks.
- Experience in high-scale environments (1000+ people)
- Ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams and timelines.
- Clear, structured communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to adapt messaging for various organizational levels.
- Experience in designing and improving business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
