Facility & Maintenance Specialist (Part-time)

Description

We are looking for a reliable Facility & Maintenance Specialist to join us on a part-time basis in Warsaw. This role is perfectly suited for a retired or semi-retired individual who enjoys being hands-on and proactive.

Responsibilities

Daily building inspections (lobby, corridors, greenery).
Small repairs and troubleshooting (handyman tasks).
Logistical support (moving furniture, handling deliveries).
Daily reporting via mobile device.

Requirements

Great observation skills and physical fitness.
Basic tech skills (phone/tablet for reporting).
Polish + communicative English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
