Requirements
  • Proven track record in Senior Executive roles within OpEx, Transformation, or Program Management (ideally in Tech/Software).
  • Deep knowledge of Business Process, requirement gathering, and automation-led efficiency.
  • A "tough-but-fair" leader who is result-oriented, persistent, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Mastery of stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels in advanced English.
  • Jira Systems Mastery: Act as the Chief for the Atlassian ecosystem; design complex workflows, advanced roadmaps, and automation suites to ensure 100% operational transparency.
Benefits
  • Learning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks;
  • Official employment following Spain/EU laws, including registration of family members;
  • Relocation package (flight tickets + 2-week hotel stay);
  • Language development support and partial compensation for classes;
  • Birthday celebration gift;
