We are looking for a systemic and versatile HR Business Partner to join our team and serve as a strategic link between business objectives and our people. In this role, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams, managing complex global mobility, and establishing a sustainable organizational culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a dedicated consultant to department heads on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, multicultural workplace, ensuring the "BrainRocket DNA" is felt by every team member in the UAE.
Lead the full employee lifecycle, focusing on high-touch engagement, retention strategies, and professional development.
Serve as a coach for managers and a mediator for employees, promoting a transparent and healthy work environment.
Use data-driven insights to identify trends and implement proactive people solutions that improve team efficiency.
Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Law while maintaining the agility of a global tech company.

Requirements

5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role, preferably within the Tech, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.
Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders from 40+ nationalities.
Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and the nuances of the Middle Eastern talent market is a significant plus.
A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and strategic in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (SHRM/CIPD certification is highly valued).
