Commercial Operations Specialist
The Commercial Operations Specialist supports the smooth execution of commercial operations across Game Lounge’s sites and partner ecosystem. The role focuses on site accuracy, partner placements, tracking, operational efficiency, and data quality to help improve conversion performance and database growth. Working closely with teams across Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships, this role ensures commercial setups are correctly implemented, maintained, and optimized while supporting partner aftersales and internal operational processes.
- Manage and maintain partner placements, offers, and tracking across company sites
- Ensure accurate operational setup to support click-to-NDC conversion performance
- Maintain accurate data capture and clean CRM/internal system data
- Support partner onboarding, account management, migrations, and aftersales operations
- Execute day-to-day commercial operational processes across sales and partnerships
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Assist with testing and adoption of commercial and back-office tools
- Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of conversion funnels and operational impact on performance
- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, tracking setups, and internal tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and execution quality
