HR Payroll Specialist

Description

We are looking for a profile that will join the HR Department as an HR Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Management of monthly variables on payroll management (Zucchetti) and control of the correctness of the coupons processed by the Provider;
  • Management of the attendance collection process and management of vouchers using the Zucchetti Presenze Project system (illnesses, maternity leave, permits, etc.):
  • Direct interface with employees for support related to all aspects of personnel administration and payrolls;
  • Management of expense reports and relationships with supplementary health insurance;
  • Management of the monthly deadline and related obligations;
  • Management of the relationship with the Social Security and Welfare Funds;
  • Production of the report from time to time required.
Requirements
  • Degree preferably with an economic/administrative focus;
  • Required in-depth knowledge of the Zucchetti Project application;
  • Requires approximately 3-4 years of experience in payroll and attendance management, Preferably in structured and medium-large companies;
  • Having obtained a Master's degree in HR Administration or a Course in Payroll & Contributions is a preferential qualification;
  • Request knowledge of the CCNL Trade and Telecommunications;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent mastery of information technology, especially the office package and Excel.
